Hi all,
I approve IBEX_2020_332_o0509a_INST_v001.scr, IBEX_2020_332_o0509a_BUS_v001.scr
Constraint violations IBEX_2020_332_o0509a_BUS_v001.ccvr, IBEX_2020_332_o0509a_INST_v001.ccvr have the 2 expected violations from removal of ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable as well as 2 violations about commanding windows being too close together. The time between command contacts is sufficient to allow transmitter to cool down.
PL commands in IBEX_2020_332_o0509a_INST_v001.scr match those in IBEX_2020_332_o0509a_v002.stf
Star Tracker Outage: 1 outage that occurs before the 509 apogee maneuver and lasts for ~1 hour. The apogee maneuver is after the star tracker turns back on.
The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file, IBEX_Orbit509_Contacts.txt for the (4) contacts.
We are doing battery cell balancing and the commands are correct and timed appropriately.
The inertial maneuver at perigee of 508 left us pointing in a safe direction for the orbit 509 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

The two commands to move into science state and Lo background mode are overlapping commands with commands from prior orbit at http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi<https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fibex.unh.edu%2Fcgi-bin%2Fats.cgi&data=04%7C01%7Ccarol.weaver%40unh.edu%7C6e3611508cfd41b7660308d88294c032%7Cd6241893512d46dc8d2bbe47e25f5666%7C0%7C0%7C637402922696122502%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=qmupT%2Bj1CNoBGmPvWr6mQxqI1XcOsPOzhQOwb7E02zw%3D&reserved=0>. This is acceptable.
Command Approval Checklist is attached.
Thanks,

Subject: IBEX Orbit #509 ATS Approval (28 Nov 20 - 7 Dec 20)
Caution - External Email
All,
Attached are the planning files for Orbit #509
Please respond to this thread with comments and approvals.
Approvals are required by COB on 15 November 2020
Please note the following:
1. I generated 3 separate ATS files BUS, INST and a complete file. The BUS and INST will be the files to be uplinked. The complete ATS, I used as a sanity check to see how the commands lined up. Since we are in a new phase of ATS generation. IF you have any ideas of doing this differently, let me know.
1. The 3 ATS files have been changed to word files and encrypted. I will send out another email with the password. The files that have been transferred via MFT have not been encrypted and are still text files.
1. I moved the 2 House Keeping commands from the INST ATS to the BUS ATS. I commented out the 2 commands in the INST ATS. If for some reason we were unable to uplink the INST Commands for this orbit, we would have been in the wrong spacecraft state for executing the maneuver commands.
1. To reduce the number hand edits in an ATS. I am incorporating the use of an ABS file for inserting both battery balancing and 18 day timer reset commands.
1. Battery Balancing this orbit
# Orbit 509 Battery Balancing
# 2020-12-06T17:31:16.958Z,Perigee,orbit:509
Begin 2020/12:06:17:00:00 – End 2020/12:06:18:30:00
1. # Orbit# 507 Reset Master Timer 2020/11:19:00:15:00
1. Command Load Constraint Violation Report (CCVR)
The 2 IBX-CLC-006 Soft constraint violations are because the following contacts closer than 5 hours in separation. This is acceptable since there is 1.5 hour separation between the 2 contacts and power and temperature will not be an issue.
