  Please review v002 of the IBEX_Lo commands for ORbit# 179
 
The following commands were changed to a value of (0) as per IBEX_Lo.
The two commands are found within the ascending IBEX_Lo sections of the ATS

	    Here are the planning files and ATS for IBEX_LO Commands for Orbit# 179.
	Approvals/comments are required before 7 Sept 12 @1800 UTC
	The commands will be uploaded during one of the first two Orbit# 178 Perigee Contacts

	1. All Soft Constraint Violations are generated because only IBEX_Lo commands were used to generate the ATS
	2. Orbit# 179 ATS with BUS, IBEX_Hi and Inertial Maneuver Commands are loaded onboard the spacecract
