    Here is the ATS for Orbit# 120.
Notice that there are commands for the IBEX_Lo Gain Test and also note the
CEU_LO_PMT_LVL    300  command change during the moon in FOV commands.
  The ATS comments/approval is needed by 26 Mar 11 @1000 EDT
