[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 120 ATS (4 Apr 11 - 12 Apr 11)

I approve v001 of the ATS. Files on the SFTP site, checklist attached.
 
Mark - The one command that is overlapping between orbits is the transmitter off command. As a general rule, the 5 commands for each contact need to be in the same ATS. Since the o119 ATS is already up there is no problem with the overlap. 
 
Let's discuss on the Ops Weekly call whether to keep ascending tracking contacts above 10Re in the previous orbit's command load. (ie if the asc tracking contact for o121 is at 14asc, should it appear in the o121 or o122 command load.
 
One clarification : 

There is no Lo Gain Test in o120. The Lo team has requested to perform the test in orbit 121. The following commands are the new standard ASCENDING commands since the Hi Configuration Change:

    Here is the ATS for Orbit# 120.
Notice that there are commands for the IBEX_Lo Gain Test and also note the CEU_LO_PMT_LVL    300  command change during the moon in FOV commands.
  The ATS comments/approval is needed by 26 Mar 11 @1000 EDT
