[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 120 v001 ATS -

All,
	I have looked at the Orbit 120 ATS v001
(IBEX_2011_094_00_00_v001.txt) and I approve, *but* with a caution
for a minor overlap with Orbit 119 (see below).

	The portentious "PL mode unknown" constraint violation
messages appear near the beginning of the orbit, as always. I worry
more about this now than I used to. No other violations.

	The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001 file
(IBEX_2011_095_03_34_v001.stf) per Ken's script (Thanks, Ken!).

	PL ascending and descending operations make sense WRT 15 Re
ascending and descending times respectively.

	Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands are concentric with and
slightly shorter than the .oef Moon-in-Lo-FOV period, as usual.

	Ground station contact times match S/C transmitter-on times
for all 3 contacts.

	Battery cell balancing this even-numbered orbit is more than
an hour from anything.

	Inertial sun-pointing maneuver at the end of this orbit
leaves us pointing safe directions at conclusion of the maneuver, at
the following ascending time, and at the descending time following
that.

	No more O-mode.

****** NOTE: *****
	Overlap with Orbit 119 commands does exist; the very last
Orbit 119 command, turning off the receiver at the end of the last
contact, takes place after the "SetScState science" and surrounding
commands at the beginning of Orbit 120. Is this OK?

   @ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Disable $TIME=2011/04:05:03:31:18
   @FCT_SetScState science $TIME=2011/04:05:03:32:18

   @CEU_LO_SCIENCE_MODE NORMAL $TIME=2011/04:05:03:33:18

(from Orbit 119)
