I skipped the cc to isocdev.  This is really an ops topic.

It's even more amusing if you look at the files:

$ od -vtx1 /usr/local/IBEX/raw/o0081/IBEX_2010_169_10_00_v001_USAK01.INP2 |\

I.e. almost all of the file is space and repeated information.

If the network goes away or gets weird you'll sometimes see this
sort of thing.  The thing to look for is for persistence.  There
is a section in the manual about this....
