[HubbardBrook] REMINDER and UPDATES: January 4-5 Quarterly Project Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

This is a reminder of the details for the Quarterly Project Meeting next
week. Please note that the Agenda has been updated; the final version is
attached. There is also information about parking. Lynn will be in touch on
Tuesday regarding a remote viewing option for the meeting.

*Day 1 *- January 4:  1:00 - 5:00 pm  *(Lunch at 12:00)*

*Day 2 *- January 5:  9:00 am - 3:00 pm  *(Breakfast at 8:00)*

*Arrival and Parking: * Please see two attached maps. One provides an
overview of the area; the other shows a detail of the South Parking Lot.
This is the preferred parking location as there are only 20 spaces at the
Barns. If possible, please arrive early to allow time to walk over from the
South Parking Lot. Note that there is a pedestrian crosswalk across Hooker
Avenue. Carpooling might also be helpful!
