Dear Colleagues,

This is a reminder of the details for the Quarterly Project Meeting next week. Please note that the Agenda has been updated; the final version is attached. There is also information about parking. Lynn will be in touch on Tuesday regarding a remote viewing option for the meeting.

Meeting Details:

Day 1 - January 4:  1:00 - 5:00 pm  (Lunch at 12:00)
Topic:  Critical Ecology
Co-leaders:  Sue Pierre and Peter Groffman

Day 2 - January 5:  9:00 am - 3:00 pm  (Breakfast at 8:00)
Topic:  Changing Forest Structure
Co-leaders:  Nat Cleavitt and Matt Vadeboncoeur

Final Agenda:  Please see attached updated Word document.

Location:
Environmental Cooperative at the Vassar Barns
Farm and Ecological Preserve
Vassar College
50 Vassar Farm Lane
Poughkeepsie NY 12604

Arrival and Parking:  Please see two attached maps. One provides an overview of the area; the other shows a detail of the South Parking Lot. This is the preferred parking location as there are only 20 spaces at the Barns. If possible, please arrive early to allow time to walk over from the South Parking Lot. Note that there is a pedestrian crosswalk across Hooker Avenue. Carpooling might also be helpful!

Lodging:  If you need a place to stay, please click here for a list of local hotels near Vassar College. (There is no lodging available at Cary Institute this year.)

With best regards,
Hazel
