[Crater-team] Sorting CRaTER data using information in the Level 1 Secondary files, continued

Hello—

                As I mentioned on the telecon this morning, I continued to poke at the flags and parameters in the Level 1 Secondary science files, and I attach a revision of the PPTX I sent to you all last Thursday.  I found that all of the discrepancies that I found with the results from last week were due to SEP modes that should have had values of 72 for the DiscThin and/or DiscThick parameters according to the table on slide 4 of that PPTX, but that instead had values of 71.  This minimal difference in threshold levels should have no discernible impact on the resulting measurements.  I note that the nominal mode during SEP events (the one that the sensor toggles to and from when mostly in elevated or extreme modes) has both values at 72, where the normal quiet-time operating mode has both at 71, which is the same change, so perhaps I should have expected this.  I did note, in figuring this out, that after a couple of large multi-day SEP periods the 72s didn’t revert to quiet-time 71s for days, until operation was interrupted by a data gap or calibration!

                The attached PPTX is a revision of the one I sent Thursday, and should replace it.  Changes are in red text; I noted the above 72/71 switch, and added a summary slide to collect the conclusions.
