[Crater-team] CRaTER pipeline delayed by Goddard missing data files

CRaTER folks,

Housekeeping data from LRO was lost for DOYs 171 and 172 due to problems 
at White Sands.
In addition to the data gaps which may appear in the CRaTER pipeline 
output files for DOYs 171 and 172, Goddard's delivery of definitive 
spice files from DOY 171 onward will be later than usual, so anticipate 
delays and incomplete files this week.
