[Crater-team] LRO hiccup

CRaTER folks,

LRO had an unexpected "processor reset" early yesterday morning that put 
it into sun-safe mode with the instruments off.  Contact was lost for 12 
hours, and Goddard has now re-established contact and is gradually 
bringing everything back online. There may be more information on the 
cause (and possible effects) as data comes in.

LRO will have to power-down the instruments again for the eclipse that's 
happening in less than 48 hours, so the Nov. 16-19 period will be mostly 
devoid of data.
