[Crater-team] CRaTER data update for days 307-323 (Nov 3 - Nov 19)

CRaTER folks,

By the time you read this Thursday morning, the CRaTER pipeline will 
have re-processed days 307, 310, 311, and 312 to include recovered data 
files.

Days 320-323 (Nov. 16-19), on the other hand, will span a permanent data 
gap.  LRO went into safe mode shortly after 7 UT of day 320, and CRaTER 
will be turned back on fully after the eclipse either late on DOY 323 or 
early on DOY 324.
