[Shine-participants] SHINE Town Hall Announcement (Friday)

Announcement to SHINE community :
As Nicky Fox described on Monday, there is interest in developing a NASA Heliophysics program that has the flexibility and agility to respond to emergent rideshare opportunities.  Our goal in the town hall is to have a lively discussion about 1) what science might benefit from such a program, 2) what instrument payloads might lend themselves to it, and 3) what are the implementation issues that need to be considered. Please see attached slides for more detail, and come to the Town Hall “Developing an Agile Rideshare Program for NASA Heliophysics”Friday (at 9 am)  with ideas to share!
