[Shine-participants] 3 jobs at Dunn Solar Telescope

In order to enable a transition of operations of the Dunn Solar Telescope from the National Solar Observatory to a multi-institute consortium,  New Mexico State University is seeking

(1) a senior software engineer

(2) a telescope observer

(3) an experienced telescope systems engineer

to support the telescope in Sunspot, NM.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include learning and documenting existing infrastructure required to operate the Dunn Solar Telescope, and eventually having the lead role in maintaining and troubleshooting this infrastructure. After documenting the existing infrastructure, these 3 people will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of an upgrade plan where possible.

Physical Work Location: Dunn Solar Telescope, Sunspot, NM
, at an altitude of 9200 ft.
