[premise-users] Premise offline since 7am 9/8 due to old Lustre failure.

The old CS2000 Lustre storage failed around 7am this morning.  It has 
drive failures that have not rebuilt correctly.  We have been working
on it since 7am and it's now powered off to rebuild from a lower state.

We expect it will take at least a few hours work to get it back online.
We will update the status via email again around 1:30pm.
