[premise-users] using Picard tools (MarkDuplicates)

Hello,

I cannot seem to find the syntax for using Picard tools on COLSA... I've
tried:

module load linuxbrew/colsa
java -jar picard.jar MarkDuplicates REMOVE_DUPLICATES=true..... etc

yet I get the error message:

Unable to access jarfile picard.jar

Anyone know the syntax to use the Picard tools?
