DOY 197 11:00 UTC contact w/ USHI-02 (apogee): FAIL for Doppler (Very high residuals - 1000 sigma)
DOY 200 15:00 UTC contact w/ USAK-01 (P/D): Pass for Doppler
DOY 201 1:15 UTC contact w/  USAK-01 (P/A): Pass for Doppler
