[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #468 LGC ATS Approval ( 20 Nov 2019 ) - v001 approval

All,

I have looked at the orbit 468 Lo gain test ATS,

IBEX_2019_323_o0468a_LCG_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2019_323_o0468a_LGC_v001.ccvr.

The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF,

IBEX_2019_323_o0468a_v001_lgc.stf.

The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test starts a few hours (about 7) after 15 Re ascending.
