[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #460 ATS Approval ( 8 - 17 Sept 2019 )

   Attached are the planning files for Orbit #460

Approvals are required by 2000 on 29 Aug 2019.

2.       We have 2 IBX-CLC-006 soft Constraint Error's with this ATS. These errors are acceptable. On 09/16 we have 2 60 minute contacts planned that are separated by 2 hours.  The limit for MPS is 90 minutes for a 5 hour period. The 2 hour period between contacts will allow the transmitter to cool down.
