[Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 375 ATS Approval (27 Jul 17 - 5 Aug 17) - v001/v002 approval

All,

I have looked at the orbit 375 ATS files,

IBEX_2017_208_o0375a_pre_eclipse_v001.scr

and

IBEX_2017_208_o0375a_post_eclipse_v002.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2017_208_o0375a_v001.ccvr

are due to proximity/length of contacts, the eclipse and from the removal of the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v001/v002 ATS files match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2017_208_o0375a_v003.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time, the eclipse and 15 Re descending as determined form the OEF,

IBEX_2017_208_o0375a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage. The outage starts about an hour before perigee and runs for about 11 1/2 hours. No despinning should be required due to this outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session but it occurs while the payload is off due to the eclipse.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit375_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (6). There will also be several post-eclipse contacts with blind acqs.

No battery cell balancing because of the eclipse.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 374 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 375 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u -0.530544,0.781435,0.328455 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/07:27:21:12:37

Guys,

Here are the planning files and ATS for Orbit# 375.

I have broken the ATS into two parts .

V001 ATS is Pre-Eclipse and V002 is Post-Eclipse
