[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 302 ATS Approval (3 - 12 Oct, 2015)

All,
  Here are the planning files and ATS for Orbit # 302.  Please respond to this email thread with comments/questions and approvals.
Approvals are required before COB 22 Sept 15.

Please note the following:


1.       This Violation happened because there are 2 60minute  contacts scheduled for  ISN Testing on Oct 8. The time between the 2 contacts is 90 minutes. As we have seen during the recovery. This is not an issue.
