[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 290 ATS (15 Jun 15 - 24 Jun 15)

Marty,
The differences you are seeing are related to the different keep out angles used by MPS and the ISOC. Due to these differences the timing in OEF and the ATS (which comes from the STF) are often different. There may even be cases where there will be a moon session in the OEF and not in the ATS (or vice versa).
Ken

Hi All,
I approve Orbit 290 ATS.
Just one question: the timings in your ATS email and in the comments for Moon in Lo FOV do not match the Moon sequence timings in the ATS. If the moon in lo fov starts earlier than the commands and the commands end before termination of moon in lo fov, how does this work out?
Pointing verifications below.
