[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 290 ATS (15 Jun 15 - 24 Jun 15)

Hi All,

I approve Orbit 290 ATS.

Just one question: the timings in your ATS email and in the comments for
Moon in Lo FOV do not match the Moon sequence timings in the ATS.  If the
moon in lo fov starts earlier than the commands and the commands end before
termination of moon in lo fov, how does this work out?
