Guys,
 Concerning the 14 Desc SSR_Tracking contact @2000-2100 UTC:
The contact will have to stay where it is.  USN HAW01, HAW02 and AUW01 are locked down for a LEOP and right now, ​we are in a safe spots for both of the contacts.

Were we unable to get a descending pass a little later? The transmitter turns on when we start burning. Not a big issue, but a soft constraint to not do both at the same time unless we can't move the pass or we are intentionally watching the burn.
