[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
 Concerning the 14 Desc SSR_Tracking contact @2000-2100 UTC:
The contact will have to stay where it is.  USN HAW01, HAW02 and AUW01 are
locked down for a LEOP and right now, ​we are in a safe spots for both of
the contacts.
