All,
I have looked at the orbit 267 ATS,
IBEX_2014_321_o0267a_v002.scr,
and I approve.
There are no constraint violations in
IBEX_2014_321_o0267a_v002.ccvr.
The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v002 STF,
IBEX_2014_321_o0267a_v002.stf.
Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,
IBEX_2014_321_o0267a_v002.oef,
and as verified with ibex_orbit.
There is one star tracker outage. It starts a few minutes before 15 Re ascending and ends about 18 1/2 hours later. Some despinning may be required due to this outage.
There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions.
The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,
IBEX_Sch_Req2014_Orbit267_v002.txt,
for all contacts (3).
No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.
The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 266 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 267 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

Subject: IBEX Orbit #267 ATS (Nov 18 - 26) Part 2
All,
Here are the planning files and ATS for Orbit# 267 Version 2. Since I
found that I had used the forecast OEF to generate the 267 OEF vs using the
266 OEF
I felt it would be easier to just rerun the 267 products. So here are the
Version 2 products.
Since Sheral is on vacation I also filled out the ATS checklist for
Orbit#267.
Please respond to this email thread with questions, comments and approvals.
Approvals are required before COB 6 Nov 14.
Thanks
Tim
