All,

I've looked at the orbit 204 ATS,

IBEX_2013_115_o0204a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2013_115_o0204a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the STF,

IBEX_2013_115_o0204a_v001.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF file,

IBEX_2013_115_o0204a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are two star tracker outages. The first started before orbit 203 perigee and it continues until about 20 hours after apogee. The second starts 3+ days after apogee and ends just after the perigee maneuver window opens (so the maneuver is delayed a bit).

The is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B. The ATS start time is about 1 hour before that in the OEF and the ATS stop time is 1+ hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit204Contacts.txt

for all contacts (2).

No battery cell balancing - the LE flag will be set during the eclipse that occurs at the very end of this orbit but the commands will be placed in the orbit 205 ATS.

The sun precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 203 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 204 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -r +32.430 -d +13.091 -w ibex-sun -t 2013/04:25:20:17:25

No Lo O-mode.

There is no overlap with orbit 203 commands by manual inspection or by checking at
