Guys,

    Here are the planning files and ATS for Orbit# 186.

The ATS containes the new setting for IBEX Lo

We will not conduct battery balancing within theis orbit because we will
set the long eclipse flags for Eclipse outages in Orbits 187 and  188

All approvals/comments are required by 1 Nov 12 @ 1400 UTC
