All,
I have looked at the Orbit 186 ATS v001

IBEX_2012_316_o0186a_v001.txt

	and I approve.

No constraint violations per .ccvr files:

IBEX_2012_316_o0186a_v001.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS files match those in the STF

IBEX_2012_316_o0186a_v001.stf

	per manual inspection.

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to each other and to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re
descending times from

IBEX_2012_316_o0186a_v001.oef

Star tracker outage during first arc first 10 hours of
science operations; should not affect ramp-up but may require
de-spinning.

	No Moon in -LO FOV.

Ground station contact commands match contact times in Contacts file

IBEX_Orbit186Contacts_v001.txt

for all 3 ADD contacts. No contacts during maneuvers.

No battery cell balancing this orbit. Did so last orbit, but
skipping this orbit and will do next 2 orbits due to eclipse.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 185 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
