[Isocops] IBEX Orbit # 172 and #173 Ibex_Lo Commands

I approve the Lo recovery ATSs.
Hey Harald,
There is actually some time allotted between the commands because the timing I used is the same timing as is in the macro. There is enough time allotted to ramp between 12 and 16 kV in the macros but we are only ramping between 10 and 12 kV here. You can assume half of the time between the PAC and MCP ramp is spent ramping and half is spent dwelling.
Let me know ASAP if you need the timing increased more.

Hi Chelle,
I approve the STF for IBEX-lo. But, I would propose to leave one or two minutes between ramping the PAC and ramping the MCP up/down. This would allow the PAC voltage/current to settle. This is a suggestion, no condition.
Best regards,
Harald

Approvals needed by 5pm EDT today. MOC, ISOC (Ken), Lo, Hi, CEU. Since this was a manual STF generation I want many eyes on it, in case anything was overlooked in the STF approval phase.
Thanks Sheral!

Guys,
Here are the command loads for IBEX_Lo during Orbits #172 and #173
The errors contained with the CCVR's are normal because we did not build a complete command load.
The Lo commands were built using OEF files from the corresponding Orbits.
