    Here are the planning files and ATS for IBEX_LO Commands for Orbit# 
178.
Approvals/comments are required before 29 Aug 12 @2000 UTC
The commands will be uploaded during one of the four Orbit# 177 Perigee 
Contacts
Please note the following:
1. All Soft Constraint Violations are generated because only IBEX_Lo 
commands were used to generate the ATS
2. Orbit# 178 ATS with BUS, IBEX_Hi and Inertial MAneuver Commands are 
loaded onboard the spacecract
