    Here are the files for the Lo Star Sensor turn on in Orbit# 176
The ATS will be uploaded on 12 Aug 12 @0000 UTC
All approvals/comments are required before 10 Aug 12 @ 1800 UTC
 
Please note the following constraints.
The constraint violations are generated because we are not using a FULL 
STF file to generate the IBEX_LO commands.
I have commented out the maneuver commands.
