[Ibex Mission Operations]

The Orbit# 141 SSR_Dump/ Tracking Contact with USN/AK has failed for command
link failure.  We could not dump the SSR or any of the housekeeping
objectives during the contact and are unable to schedule contacts at this
time due to view periods, antenna nulls and switching from the fwd and aft
antenna.

The Tracking Contact for Orbit# 141 was successful for command/telemetry and
inertial maneuver. The ATS for Orbit# 143 was uploaded successfully and the
FC dumped.
