Chelle,

Right now it does not appear to affect our ability to accept the Doppler (we
only threw out a couple points from these last contacts) that is why we
called the last two contacts successful. It is just noticeable enough for us
to know that something is going on. In fact, I'm not even positive it's due
to the changing power levels. Of course we always like knowing when anything
unusual or out of the ordinary occurs at the ground stations or during
contacts, so seeing in the status emails the time that the power level was
changed has been good.

OD is looking nominal, so I don't believe anything special needs to be done.
