Does changing the power during the contact effect your ability to accept
Doppler data, or do you just need to know when the power was changed?

Subject: [Ibexops] IBEX USHI01 Contacts DOY 176 16:30 UTC & DOY 179
19:00 UTC

Hello everyone,

The last two contacts with USHI01 on DOY 176 and DOY 179 were successful
for the FDG. We are noticing some peculiarities to the Doppler signature
that could be a result of the fluctuating power levels during these past
two contacts. We will continue to monitor this data as we get tracking
from additional ground stations to see if there are any changes.
