[Isocops] New Coordinates for ISOC Team Pages

Hi All

As a result of the IBEX maneuver, we have had to 
modify some of the core ISOC software. As a temporary
measure, we have new coordinates for the IBEX Team Pages:

http://ibexsoc.boulder.swri.edu/ibexhome/

Please use this website instead of the UNH website
until we have had time to fully test and refine 
this new software.
