All,
I have looked at the Orbit 150 ATS v003

IBEX_2011_354_o0150a_v003.txt

and I approve.

No constraint violation per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2011_354_o0150a_v003.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS v003 match the STF v002

IBEX_2011_354_o0150a_v003.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2011_354_o0150a_v002.oef

No Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands and none needed per the .oef.

Ground station contact times and rates per

IBEX_Orbit150Contacts_v001.txt

match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.

No battery cell balancing this orbit.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 149 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
