[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX USHI Contact DOY 284 @ 0245 & USAK Contact DOY 284 @ 0745

Hello everyone,

The two descending contacts last night were both successful for FDG. The
first contact with USHI provided good Doppler (with a short dropout of a
couple minutes in the middle), and the USAK contact provided good Doppler
and approximately 10 minutes of good angle data as well. The TLE and INP2
files delivered for the next contact with USHI at DOY 285 0200 UTC remain
valid. Have a great day!
