      The Hawaii support @1700 gmt was nominal. The precession maneuver had
occurred. The MPS diff was 1.9 deg and current sun angle is 3.133 deg.
The static Z rate was reset to 4.176 rpm. The time of the reset was
17:13:00  gmt.
