Setting a start or stop bin of 0 won't work, since a different task
handles setting the voltages on spin boundaries. To get 360 degree O
mode, use 1/1 for the start/stop bins. On spin boundaries, bin 0 will
be set to the normal mode voltage, but all other bins will use the O
mode setting.
