[Isocops] Committing idsup files?

I've been doing the commits of the files in idsup. If I don't catch them before nightly runs, I notice them then and do the commit the next morning.

I note the instructions: 

REVIEW, then do this: 

svn status $IBEX_OPS/config/idsup 
svn diff $IBEX_OPS/config/idsup | less 
svn commit -m"ephemeris update" $IBEX_OPS/config/idsup 


after the ephemeris update lines in the Cron job output. I'm 
not doing that. Is anyone? Should I be doing it, ignernt as I am of 
how SVN works?
