[Isocops] Committing idsup files?

Iso-Cops,
	I note the instructions:

REVIEW, then do this:

svn status $IBEX_OPS/config/idsup
svn diff $IBEX_OPS/config/idsup | less
svn commit -m"ephemeris update" $IBEX_OPS/config/idsup


	after the ephemeris update lines in the Cron job output. I'm 
not doing that. Is anyone? Should I be doing it, ignernt as I am of 
how SVN works?
