All,
	Orbit 86 ATS looks good.

If the maneuver works, pointing stays within 6.2 degrees for the entire orbit.

All of the ground contact times match the SC transmitter on times.

A separate email describes a check into star tracker outages near the
maneuver, and a backup plan for those maneuvers. In case the maneuver
fails, looking back from the previous inertial maneuver,

We will still be within the 7.5 degree limit until ~
2010-07-28T08:51:17.712Z. So even if the pass at

IBEX,AUWA01,ADD,07/27/10,208,11:35:00,07/27/10,208,12:10:00,,LAHO
320K IBEX Orbit#86 SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact

fails, we can recover anytime in the next 20 hours to either cancel
the ASCENDING macros or manually send DESCENDING macros to safe the
payload.

I approve the ATS.
