[Isocops] AOS on Backup Pass : IBEX Orbit# 90 Failed Tracking Contact

Guys,
   The back-up tracking contact @ 1715 was successful for
command/telemetry.  We were able to get angle data and FDG is now processing
that data.
The full Goat Herder along with target vectors will be released later
tonight.  I'm going home to get a quick nap!
