Subject: [Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 90 Failed Tracking Contact

Guys,
The tracking contact @ 1115 UTC was a failure. We were unable to acquire the spacecraft at AOS and attempted to Blind_Acq the sattelite.
USN/AUS never saw a downlink but verified commands were sent to the spacecraft.
A contact was scheduled with USN/AUS later today @ 1715 - 1830 UTC. We will Blind_Acq the spacecraft and dump the FC.
USN will be investigating the issue on site and FDG are re-checking the INP2/TLE files.

Written problem reports and RAZORS will be listed in the final Goat Herder today
