First, apologies for sending this to the full COS list.  For those able to attend the Future Forests - Future Streams workshop Monday morning, thanks for responding to the Doodle Poll.  Looks like we'll have a good crowd.

Attached please find a short concept paper describing the study.  This will provide useful background information for the workshop. Most of you will have seen some version of this before, or perhaps seen the figures in a talk. But if you have few minutes this weekend and are planning to attend, it wouldn't hurt to take another quick look.
