[HubbardBrookCOS] shutdown update

Hello all, I have been given an update on building use policy during the shut-down. This is the information that  was passed on to me. "Cooperators/contractors in our lab.  As long as someone can monitor (an excepted FS employee) adherence to contractual terms (work) then work can continue (plowing, lab analysis, field work)" . Basically contact me to make sure I am going to be at the site and you can conduct work that you need to accomplish. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused anyone. Hopefully the funding lapse will not drag on much longer. Ian
