[HubbardBrookCOS] Field Test of Icing Equipment a Success!

Dear ISE'rs!
The plots are ready, the icing system works in the field in front of HQ, and we are waiting for SNOW and COLD WEATHER!
We will be having intense experiment planning meetings on logistics, safety, and process during the next week and will be soon calling out for volunteers to help on the actual manipulation. Stay tuned! [and THANK YOU to Ian, Geoff, Don and all the others at Hubbard Brook for getting us to this point!!!]
