The January 3-4, 2024 Hubbard Brook Quarterly Project Meeting is fast
approaching.  A few things to note sooner rather than later!

*RSVP - ATTENDANCE and MEALS*

   to tell us (a) if you will be attending, and (b) if you will be
   participating in provided meals:

*Wednesday, January 3*

LUNCH - 12:00 - 1:00 pm

DINNER - 5:15 pm onwards *(meal donations at time of event)*

*Thursday, January 4*

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST + Yogurt/Non-dairy yogurt and granola - 8:00 - 9:00 am

   - Please consult the attached map to locate the NEW parking area (below
   Hooker Avenue), which is closest to the Environmental Cooperative barns.
   The South Parking Lot (above Hooker Avenue) is also an option; follow the
   walking path from the lot.
