[HubbardBrook] 2022 Field Season Housing Requests

Hello Everyone,

Attached you will find the HBRF Resident Packet for 2022.  Please
distribute this to your work crews and have them email them back to me with
their contact information.
If you haven't already, please update the shared sheet  including
supervisor contact information and links to each home institution’s
policies on COVID-19 safety and workplace safety, inclusion, harassment and
anti-racism which you will find on page 4.

I will also be hosting a Zoom meeting on Thursday April 28th.  Zoom link to
follow.  This is for everyone who is staying with us to make clear of our
community standards and also to answer any questions they may have.  There
will be a second meeting in May for anyone who cannot make this one, date
TBD.

One last thing.  I will be on vacation (WOOHOO!!!)  from April 1st to April
22nd.  I will answer some emails if they are very important.
